How does your done-for-you email marketing work, and what are the plans?
After a kickoff call to understand your business, voice, and goals, I get into your email platform, tidy up what's there, and start handling your campaigns on a consistent monthly rhythm. I have three monthly plans: The Essentials ($150/month, you write it and I format, proof, and send it), Full Service ($235/month, I write, design, and send it for you, plus share it to Facebook and LinkedIn), and Full Service + Strategy ($475/month, two emails a month plus quarterly metrics review calls). Every plan includes list management and a resend to non-openers, so every email gets a second chance to land. Not sure which fits? That's a perfect discovery call conversation.
What does email marketing with you cost?
I keep my pricing clear and fixed, so there are no confusing surprises. One-time setup projects are $450 (refreshing an existing Constant Contact account) or $550 (a full Jump Start from scratch). Monthly email management runs $150, $235, or $475 depending on how hands-off you want to be. If you'd love ongoing support at a gentler price point, my Rockstars Membership starts at $9.99 a month. I'll always help you find the option that fits your budget and your goals on a discovery call.

Do I have to use Constant Contact to work with you?
Constant Contact is my specialty, and I've been a Certified Partner since 2015, so I know it inside and out and recommend it for most folks. That said, I also work with Mailchimp and other platforms. If you're already set up somewhere else, we'll talk it through on a discovery call and figure out whether it makes sense to stay put or make a switch. No pressure either way.

What if I don't have an email list yet? Can you still help?
Yes, and starting from zero is a fabulous place to begin, because there's nothing to undo. I'll help you set up your platform, design a welcome sequence, create a sign-up incentive (a freebie your ideal clients actually want), and build the systems to grow your list steadily from there. List-building is often the very first thing I tackle with new email marketing clients who are starting fresh.

Why should I prioritize email marketing if I'm already doing social media?
Because email gives you something social media never will: ownership. You own your email list. Your social media followers belong to the platforms, and they could vanish overnight if an algorithm changes or an account gets suspended. Email also lands directly in someone's personal inbox, gets far higher engagement than social, and consistently delivers stronger results for service-based businesses. For most of my clients, the highest-leverage move is to do less social media and more email. I'm happy to walk you through what that shift could look like.
Am I locked into a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
No contracts, ever. My email marketing is month-to-month, so you're never locked in. There's no cancellation period either, because I don't start work on a project until it's paid for. You stay because the work is serving you, not because a contract says you have to. That's exactly how I'd want it as a small business owner myself.

How will I know it's working? Do I get reports?
Yes. I believe you should always understand how your marketing is performing, not just take my word for it. Every Constant Contact setup includes a metrics walkthrough so you know how to read your own results, like who's opening and clicking. For ongoing email management, I keep an eye on how your campaigns are landing and adjust accordingly, and my Full Service + Strategy plan includes a quarterly metrics review call where we look at what's working and what to tweak.

I'm not sure I can afford this right now. Do you offer payment plans or discounts?
I hear this, and I want to be straight with you: I don't offer discounts, because my pricing is already set low to keep me accessible to the small business owners I love working with. What I can offer is a more affordable door in. If one-on-one work isn't in the budget right now, my Rockstars Membership starts at just $9.99 a month and gives you ongoing content support and direction. What happens on a discovery call, and is it really free?
Yes, it's genuinely free, and there's zero pressure. It's a relaxed 30-minute Zoom chat where I get to know you and your business, you get to know me, and we figure out together whether we're a good match. I'll listen to where you're stuck, answer your questions, and suggest a sensible next step. If we're a fit, fabulous. If we're not, I'll happily point you in a better direction. Think of it as a friendly conversation, not a sales pitch.
